Alex has been playing for 20 years with bands, from Metal, 50s & 60s, to Classic Rock. He started out playing guitar at the age of 10 with great influences of Rock Band Kiss, Van Halen & Ozzy (Randy Rhoads).
At the age of 17, he found himself playing in his first metal band "Image", his guitar playing started to grow along with his stage presence and vocal abilities, with all that in mind Alex left "Image" in 1992 to play for "Legacy", playing for the band for 14 years while also play for the band "Glass Slipper" (for one year), Alex's music playing was
growing better.
"Legacy" was a long trip for Alex, sadly to leave the band in January of 2004, Alex was asked by working partner and long friend Larry,
to be the lead guitarist for "16 WEST", with his talent and music abilities even better than ever Alex melted in with his new band. Being with "16 WEST" for 2 years, hopefully longer, Alex grew a fast bond with Jake, Larry, Bill and Tom, his brothers,
"Band of the Hand". You may not see him riding a Harley Bike, (because he doesn't have one), but you might see him playing at St. Charles church & Devine Redeemer of Hartland or teaching guitar, youth fest, musical plays, fishing, playing ball or hanging out with
keyboardist Tom & wife Lisa, at there pool, tanning (ha, ha) and drinking Margaritas.
Raise your drinks, here's a toast to his New Band "16 WEST".
